Forklift Mount/Demount Lever (Orange)

Designed to help tyre technicians safely, easily and quickly remove and replace split lock rings on multi-piece industrial forklift wheels. . These unique tools help prevent injury by keeping the technicians’ hands safe from harm and outside the tyre press cage at all times. There two tools: Using the Demount Prep Tool (52391) the technician inserts the Separator End of the tool between ends of the split lock ring and the solid flange ring. This part of the tool helps break the rings free from each other especially when they are rusty or dirty, and then allows a gap to form between the rings. The Pry-out End of the tool reaches behind the slotted end of the split lock ring to pry it out and over the flange of the wheel. Next, the Mount/Demount Tool (52392) finishes the job. The Demount End of the tool lifts and fully demounts the split lock ring, and the Mounting End easily sets the new split lock ring in place after a new tyre has been installed.
